01THE TRIAL COMES FIRST

Every new account gets 30 days of Pro, free, with no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; the app just switches to the Free plan. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts that day and the rest of the trial ends, so if you’re still deciding, there’s no rush.

02YEARLY PLANS

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, whether it’s your first year or a renewal, and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, a yearly payment isn’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime so the plan doesn’t renew. Cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to be sure.

03MONTHLY PLANS

Cancel anytime, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months. Cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to be sure the next month isn’t charged.

If a monthly renewal went through after you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it.

04WHEN SOMETHING WENT WRONG

Some things get a refund whatever the timing:

• you were charged twice for the same thing;
• you were charged after you canceled;
• Pro won’t work on your computer and we can’t fix it. In that case we refund your most recent payment.

05HOW TO ASK

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or tell us what it is, plus your order number if you have it (it’s on your receipt). If you ask within the window, you get the refund, even if we take a day or two to reply. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used, and can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.

06AFTER A REFUND

The refunded plan ends right away and the app switches to Free. Nothing on your computer is deleted.

07CHARGEBACKS

Please email us, or Lemon Squeezy, before you dispute a charge with your bank. It’s faster for everyone, and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms ask for it too. A chargeback ends the plan it’s for.

08YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy adds to your rights; it doesn’t replace them. If the consumer law where you live gives you more than this page does, in the EU or UK for example, you get what the law gives you.

09CHANGES

If this policy changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. A change never applies to a payment you made before it. The rest of the deal lives in our terms.
